END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs use of the Pure Natur Bookkeeper application (“App”), developed and operated by Pure Natur Salon & Spa.

1. License This App is licensed for internal use only by Pure Natur Salon & Spa. No other individuals or entities are authorized to use this App.

2. Permitted Use The App may only be used to access and manage QuickBooks Online data belonging to Pure Natur Salon & Spa for internal accounting and bookkeeping purposes.

3. Restrictions You may not distribute, sublicense, sell, or transfer the App or access credentials to any third party.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Pure Natur Salon & Spa makes no guarantees regarding accuracy of categorization or financial reporting.

5. Limitation of Liability Pure Natur Salon & Spa shall not be liable for any financial decisions made based on output from this App. Always verify results with a qualified accountant.

6. Termination This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach any term of this Agreement.
